Man lands in jail for allegedly stealing legislation e-book

A Safety Man, Ogbonna Okoro,50, has been arrested by the Police on the Lion Constructing division, Campbell Road, Lagos Island and charged earlier than a Lagos Magistrates’ Courtroom for allegedly stealing a parcel of Prison Regulation E book valued at N100,000 belonging to his employer, Barrister M.U Adeshina.
Police alleged that the incident occurred on 28 August 2024 when the complainant directed the defendant to help in loading authorized paperwork inside a car and that in the course of the loading of the paperwork, the defendant allegedly stole a parcel of the Prison Regulation E book and different delicate paperwork and hid it.
