Onerous occasions: Lagos authorities extends work-from-home coverage

Lagos State Authorities has prolonged its work-from-home coverage for its employees for the subsequent three months.
Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu accredited the extension in a round signed by the state Head of Service, Mr Bode Agoro, on Wednesday.
On Feb. 28, the governor directed that the employees would work remotely on some days.
He directed that employees on grade ranges 01 to 14 have been allowed to earn a living from home for 2 days per week, whereas these on grade ranges 15 to 17 have been allowed to earn a living from home for at some point per week.
The choice was aimed toward lowering the results of the removing of gas subsidy on the employees.
Sanwo-Olu acknowledged in Wednesday’s round that the coverage made constructive impacts on employees’ productiveness within the varied ministries, departments and companies of the state authorities.
