This was disclosed by the Minister of Civil Defence, Correctional Services, Fire Services and Immigration (CDCFIB), Ja’afaru Ahmed, in a statement issued today Lagos.
Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo yesterday launched an investigation into the allegations. Abuja Ahmed in the statement said the suspension of the officer was for further investigation into the various allegations and assured that the findings would be made public upon completion.

, for allegedly accepting money in the name of a prisoner. ”
