Residents of Akoka in Lagos State say they solely get two hours of electrical energy regardless of being migrated to Band A.
The residents took to the streets on Tuesday to protest the event, calling on the Ikeja Electrical energy Distribution Firm to return to their rescue.
With placards of their arms, the protesters mentioned, “Akoka is completely uncared for. Our enterprise is dying each day. Save our souls in Akoka.”
In a video sighted by our correspondent, one of many protesters mentioned that they had made a number of appeals to the closest IKEDC workplace, however all to no avail.
She said that the residents pay for Band A, however they get a low energy provide each day.
