Customs inaugurate administrative constructing at Tincan

The Comptroller-Normal of Customs, Adewale Adeniyi, has inaugurated the newly renovated Customs administrative constructing at Tincan Island Port in Lagos Lagos.

The constructing, which is over 40 years outdated, was renovated beneath the supervision of the Customs Space Controller, Dera Nnadi.

Talking through the inauguration on Tuesday at Tincan, Adeniyi recommended the renovation mission.

Whereas commending the Customs Space Controller, Dera Nnadi, Adeniyi stated the mission will assist improve optimum service to the Federal Authorities.

“We dedicate this to the glory of God, and for the availability of higher and extra optimum service to the federal authorities of Nigeria,”

He described the mission as award-winning.

“The award for the Nigeria Customs Service in 2024, which was alleged to happen two weeks in the past, will now happen in two days. Because the Comptroller-Normal of Customs, I can guarantee you that we are going to not neglect this mission,” he stated.

Adeniyi, nevertheless, disclosed that the federal government is engaged on a single window to convey all stakeholders into an automatic platform that may permit regulatory oversight and enhance operational effectivity.
