Alleged illegal detention: Ex-Imo commissioner’s spouse petitions Tinubu, AGF

Mrs Excel Ihekweme, spouse of the previous Commissioner for Overseas and Worldwide Affairs in Imo, Dr Fabian Ihekweme, has petitioned President Bola Tinubu, over allegations bordering on illegal arrest and detention of her husband.
