JUST IN: Court docket Grants Dele Farotimi N50m Bail, Adjourns Until January 29

An Ekiti State Justice of the Peace Court docket has granted N50m bail to Human rights lawyer and activist, Dele Farotimi, within the alleged defamation swimsuit filed by authorized luminary and founding father of Afe Babalola College, Aare Afe Babalola, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

Former Presidential Candidate for African Motion Congress (AAC) within the 2023 common elections, Omoyele Sowore, shared the event on his X deal with on Monday.

“Dele Farotimi was granted bail of N50 million naira surety within the like sum with somebody with landed property. The case was adjourned to 29 January 2025,” Sowore posted.
