Cross River Governor, Otu Suspends Village Head, Council Over ‘Abuse Of Energy’

Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State has authorized the speedy suspension of Chief Okon Archibong, the Village Head of Esuk Utan, alongside along with his council members, following allegations of abuse of energy.
