Dangote-backed traders to amass Kenyan espresso chain, Java Home

Alterra Capital, an Africa-focused non-public fairness fund with Dangote amongst its key traders, is partnering with Phatisa Group to buy the restaurant chain from UK-based funding agency Actis for an undisclosed sum.
In line with a Malawi-based COMESA Competitors Fee discover, Mauritius-based Alterra will maintain a majority stake in Java Home.
