The Lagos State Home of Meeting has warned its impeached Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa, towards actions able to destabilising the legislative arm and heating the polity.

The lawmakers emphasised their dedication to good governance and sustaining a harmonious relationship with different arms of presidency, stressing that the meeting’s choice to take away Obasa as Speaker was inside their constitutional rights.
“All members have been elected from their varied constituencies throughout the state, and all of us have the inalienable rights underneath the required statutory orders to take away our principal officers, together with the Speaker,” Olukayode acknowledged.
