In response to the NNPCL, the signing ceremony, held on the NGML headquarters in Abuja, was attended by the BUA Group Government Director, Kabiru Rabiu, and the Group Chief Authorized Officer, Oluseye Alayande, alongside the NGML administration crew, led by Justin Ezeala.
