South-West Governors in high-stakes closed-door assembly in Lagos

The six governors of the South-West area have converged at Lagos Home, Ikeja, for a high-stakes zonal assembly to deliberate on crucial methods aimed toward reworking the area’s financial system, safety, and general growth.
The assembly, hosted by the Chairman of the South-West Governors Discussion board and Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has in attendance Governors Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Fortunate Aiyedatiwa (Ondo), Biodun Oyebanji (Ekiti), Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), and Ademola Adeleke (Osun).
By 10:55 a.m., the governors started arriving, with Oyo State’s Makinde being the primary to step into Lagos Home.
