APC consolidates majority in Ondo Meeting with two PDP members

The ruling All Progressives Congress, APC consolidated its majority place within the Ondo State Home of Meeting on Tuesday with two lawmakers elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Felix Afe and Tope Agbulu, becoming a member of its ranks.

With the defection of Afe, member representing Akoko North-West 2 and Agbulu represents Akoko South-West 2, APC now has 24 out of 26 members within the Meeting.

However, the variety of PDP lawmakers was decreased to 2.

Oshati appealed to Gov. Fortunate Aiyedatiwa to contemplate the agitation of the Meeting employees.

He added that different states within the South-West had carried out the wage construction for the employees of their respective Homes of Meeting.
