Lagos dealer Okonkwo Chikwado docked over alleged intercourse with teenage boy

A 28-year of Lagos dealer, Okonkwo Chikwado, 28, has been arraigned earlier than Ikeja Chief Justice of the Peace’s Courtroom for allegedly having unnatural intercourse with a teenage boy. Lagos Actual Property

Chikwado who resides at 2, Asake St., Ishashi space, Lagos State, is standing trial for sexual assault.

The prosecutor, ASP Adegoke Ademigbuji instructed the court docket that the offence was allegedly dedicated on July 14, on the defendant’s residence.

Ademigbuji stated that Chikwado referred to as the sufferer, a 15-year-old boy, to his room on the pretext of sending him on an errand.

The prosecutor stated that the defendant shut the door on the boy and allegedly sexually molested him, having anal sexual activity with him.

The offence in keeping with the prosecutor contravened part 261 of th Felony Regulation of Lagos State, 2015. (NAN)

The Chief Justice of the Peace, Mr L. A Owolabi, who didn’t take the defendant’s plea, ordered his remand in Kirikiri Correctional Centre pending authorized recommendation from the Director of Public Prosecution.

Owolabi subsequently adjourned the matter till Oct. 22 for point out.
