Atiku meets ADC leaders in Abuja, urges collective motion

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, on Monday, met with the state chairmen of the African Democratic Congress from the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory at his residence in Abuja.
The previous presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party disclosed this in a publish shared on his official X deal with on Tuesday.
He stated the delegation, led by the Kogi State ADC Chairman, Ogga Kingsley, visited to formally welcome him following his current registration as a member of the celebration.
He quoted Kingsley as saying that the chairmen have been delighted to obtain him as a “bona fide member” of the ADC.
Atiku, who expressed satisfaction together with his formal entry into the celebration, instructed the chairmen that there was no time to waste in what he described as a collective rescue mission for the nation.
The previous vice chairman urged different members and leaders throughout the coalition to finish their registration, insisting that nobody might afford to “sit on the fence.”
He counseled the ADC management throughout the states for demonstrating dedication to the way forward for the nation, including that they shared a standard objective to work in the direction of a safe and affluent nation.
“I’m certainly happy to see that leaders of the celebration on the state stage are pondering with the way forward for our nation in thoughts. Collectively, we’re dedicated to our resolve to work in the direction of a safe, united, and affluent Nigeria.
“The APC is bent on wrecking our nation, and we’re able to cease them from doing so,” he added.
PidomNigeria On-line had reported that Atiku declared that “the actual opposition has begun” after formally becoming a member of the African Democratic Congress, ending months of hypothesis about his subsequent political transfer.
The previous PDP chieftain acknowledged this shortly after receiving his ADC membership card at his Jada 1 Ward in Adamawa State, marking his first public declaration of intent since leaving the principle opposition celebration.
Atiku urged his supporters throughout the nation to instantly register with the ADC and be a part of what he described as a brand new political entrance.
In July, the previous vice chairman resigned from the PDP, accusing the celebration of straying from its founding beliefs.
Atiku described his exit from the PDP as “heartbreaking,” saying he resigned as a result of the celebration’s inner variations had change into irreconcilable.
