Iran attacks US marine forces stationed at Bubiyan Island, Kuwait, causing casualties: Report

Iran’s military spokesperson Ebrahim Zolfaghari in a video statement said Tehran conducted a combined drone and missile strike targeting US personnel, warning of what is a broader campaign to push American troops out of the region. He called for the “complete elimination of US soldiers from the land of Muslims”, CNN-News18 reported.
On another note, several US service members also suffered injuries in a separate Iranian ballistic missile strike in the early hours of Saturday, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing US and Saudi officials.
The attacks occurred at the Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia.
The Pentagon is yet to comment on both attacks.
