NERC inaugurates discussion board to align federal, state rules

The Chairman of the Nigerian Electrical energy Regulatory Fee, Musiliu Oseni, says electrical energy regulators would collaborate to forestall regulatory arbitrage within the energy sector.

Oseni acknowledged this on Wednesday on the inauguration of the Discussion board of Nigerian Electrical energy Regulators in Lagos. He mentioned the discussion board was created to deepen coordination between federal and state electrical energy regulators and guarantee coherent regulatory frameworks throughout the trade.
