Rain, feeder faults plunge a number of Osun communities into darkness

The Ibadan Electrical energy Distribution Firm has introduced a number of energy outages affecting a number of communities in Osun State, attributing the disruptions to heavy rainfall, technical faults, and ongoing upkeep on key feeders.

In separate notices issued by the corporate’s Osun Area, the facility distribution agency stated areas linked to the Ede Township 11kV and Ede Water Works 33kV feeders had been affected after a heavy downpour disrupted electrical energy provide.
