Several US service members suffered injuries in an Iranian ballistic missile strike in the early hours of Saturday, March 28, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing US and Saudi officials.

The incident occurred at the Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia.

The Pentagon is yet to comment on the same.
On another note, Iran witnessed fresh strikes from Israel overnight as well.

Iran’s foreign minister said Israel hit a power plant, two of the country’s largest steel factories and civilian nuclear sites among other infrastructure in the country. Israel said it acted in coordination with the US.

The Iran foreign minister said the attack comes after US President Donald Trump had extended the deadline for Iran for diplomacy. He added that Iran would exact “HEAVY price for Israeli crimes.”
