Ayodele to INEC Chairman: People are ready to stone you

The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has told the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Joash Amupitan that some people are ready to stone him both physically and spiritually.

The man of God issued the warning in a statement signed and made available to newsmen by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin.

Primate Ayodele urged Amupitan to seek the face of God before the election to avoid facing some heavy consequences.

He said: “They are ready to stone the INEC chairman physically and spiritually.

“The chairman must seek God’s face before the election because those who won’t be favoured by the announcement of results will strike him.”
