.....
The committee will oversee preparations for the party’s national convention scheduled for next Tuesday.
According to information available to The Guardian, the committee will be chaired by former Cross River State Governor, Senator Liyel Imoke, while former Sokoto State Governor, Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, will serve as Vice Chairman.
Dr. Ajuji Ahmed will serve as Secretary of the committee.
The central coordination committee will be supported by 339 members across 11 standing committees, subject to any last-minute adjustments.
Other members of the central planning committee include former Imo State Governor Emeka Ihedioha, retired Commissioner of Police Tajudeen Bakare, Aminu Abubakar Gwarzo, Emeka Nwajuba, and Solomon Lalong, among others.
The party also announced the composition of several sub-committees responsible for different aspects of the convention.

Other committees include the Programmes and Events Sub-committee, chaired by Senator Victor Umeh; the Medical Sub-committee, headed by Dr Tony Nwoye; and the Entertainment Sub-committee, chaired by Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe.

The Security Sub-committee will be headed by Air Vice Marshal Suleiman Adamu (retd.).
The Mark-led National Working Committee of the ADC has vowed to proceed with the national convention despite INEC’s position and repeated warnings.
The party also accused the electoral commission of partisanship, insisting that its chairman and national commissioners should resign.
According to the ADC, the actions of INEC pose a threat to Nigeria’s democratic system and are aimed at weakening opposition parties.
The party further alleged that such actions could pave the way for a one-party state under the administration of President Bola Tinubu.
