A music video director has been named by murdr detectives as the victim st@bbed to d3.ath in front of terrified picnickers on Primrose Hill. Finbar Sullivan, 21, was stabbed at the top of Primrose Hill as people gathered to enjoy the hot day.  Footage circulating on social media shows two men coming head-to-head on a path near the viewing platform. One of them has bl00d on his hoodie while people can be heard screaming in the background. Another young man is seen staggering through the chaos with bl00d on his chest. Mr Sullivan is believed to be a music video director known as Sully Shot It who has worked with hip-hop artists across London. The emergency services were alerted to reports of a fight at the north London viewpoint at about 6.40pm on Tuesday, April 7. They found the 21-year-old rap music director with f@tal stab wounds. Despite their best efforts, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Another man, believed to be in his 20s, was then spotted by police officers on Regents Park Road. He had also suffered stab wounds, and he was rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the Met Police said. Another clip, taken in the aftermath of the stabbing, shows crowds milling around while paramedics and police officers treat one of the men lying on the ground.  An eyewitness said the park was packed with people enjoying the weather and the school Easter holidays when a mass fight suddenly broke out. The initial fight involved a group of teenagers aged 18 or 19 who were throwing punches and screaming, they said. The parkgoer told the Daily Mail: “Then a group of three people ran off past us and one of them said to the other ‘youve been sheft [stabbed] mate’ and you could just see this massive red patch on his shirt.  “After that a massive group of people began crowding around someone on the floor where the fight had been and you could see from peoples reactions it was not good. Lots of people had their head in their hands and just looked very distressed.” DI Andy Griffin, who is leading the investigation, said: “Finbars family have suffered a devastating loss and our thoughts are with them as they navigate this very challenging time. “Our investigation is progressing at pace and we are following several lines of inquiry. This incident occurred in a busy, public park and there may be many witnesses who can help us piece together what happened. “We are aware of footage circulating on social media around the time of the incident, and urge anyone who has any information, including photos or videos, which could support the investigation to urgently contact us.” Superintendent Matt Cox said: “This is an utterly tragic incident and our thoughts remain with the mans family and loved ones. “I would like to reassure the local community that the investigation is unfolding at pace and an increased police presence will remain in the area while we carry out enquiries. “I would appeal for anyone who was in the area at the time and has any information that could help my officers to come forward.” No arrests have been made at this stage, and a crime scene cordon remains in place near the viewpoint. See a video of the attack below.  Primrose Hill earlier this evening when one person died and another was injured in a frenzied knife attack. In case you dont already have the footage. @metpoliceuk pic.twitter.com/oJzIH1Ia2A Jonah (@JonahIvriAnochi) April 7, 2026 The post Music video director, 21, named as man is stabbed to dath on Primrose Hill (video) appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
