After expressing his opinions about what Nigerians actually anticipate from the nation’s electrical supply, Nigerian activist and attorney Deji Adeyanju has generated discussion on the internet.

In an interview with the Honest Bunch Podcast, Adeyanju made the case that the majority of Nigerians want dependable power during crucial periods of the day rather than continuous electricity.

He said, “Nigerians don’t even want 24-hour light, can they even afford 24-hour light.”

Nigerians simply want to meet the light when they get home at 8 p.m. so they won’t perspire while they sleep, and they also want to meet the light by 7 a.m. so they can iron their clothing. After that, you can take the light and direct it to the industries.

He went on to say that Nigerians have reasonable expectations and shouldn’t be tough to meet when it comes to the availability of energy.
