Opinions differ after Nigerian lady expressed dissatisfaction at her staff who failed to thank her after paying their salaries a little late

A Nigerian lady has sparked a conversation online after she expressed dissatisfaction at her staff as they failed to thank her after paying  their salaries .

According to the X user, she had bank issues and had to defer payment of her staff salaries for March until April 7. She mentioned that she even added a little extra on each salary to make up for the delay. She, however, pointed out that none of them acknowledged or thanked her for the extra added to their salaries except her cleaner.

She said that one of her staff even asked if she increased their salaries.

Her post elicited reactions online with some users berating her for expecting appreciation from her staff.
