Rapper Megan Thee Stallion rushed to hospital as team member asks for ‘prayers’

American rapper Megan Thee Stallion has reportedly been hospitalized after she fell ill during a recent performance.

The music star, 31, was taken to the hospital after becoming “very ill” during her Broadway show, Moulin Rouge! The Musical on Tuesday, March 31.
It’s said she is currently being evaluated with hairstylist Kellon Deryck, who asked people for prayers on Twitter/X.
The celeb stylist and friend of the star said, “Everyone say a prayer for Megan, we are all at the hospital,” alongside praying hands emojis.
A representative for Megan said: “During Tuesday night’s production, Megan started feeling very ill and was promptly transported to a local hospital, where her symptoms are currently being evaluated.”
Speaking to TMZ, her team added: “We will share additional updates as more information becomes available.”

Megan Thee Stallion made her Broadway debut in the show last week. She took on the role of The Zidler at New York’s Al Hirschfeld Theatre.
According to social media, the star had begun her show on Tuesday and appeared well. However, the show was suddenly paused, and the star didn’t return.
Megan is due to appear in the Moulin Rouge! The Musical until May 17, but no confirmation has been made about her future on the show.
