Sisi Alagbo’s husband takes responsibility for leaked sex tape

The husband of social media personality Eniola Fagbemi, popularly known as Sisi Alagbo, has issued a public apology following the circulation of a leaked sex tape involving himself, his wife, and another woman.
Adesola Akeem made the apology in a statement posted on his Facebook page on Thursday after the video went viral earlier in the week, sparking widespread reactions across social media platforms.
The footage, which spread through WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, gossip blogs, and Instagram pages, showed the trio in an intimate setting.
It remains unclear how the video surfaced online.
In a statement shared on his Facebook page on Thursday, Akeem accepted responsibility for the incident and apologised to those affected.
He said: “I write with a deep sense of responsibility and sincere remorse to extend my heartfelt apologies to my family, friends, business associates, religious leaders, fans, loved ones, and the entire Nigerian public over the recent incident involving a leaked sex scandal.
“I acknowledge the disappointment, embarrassment, and concern this situation has caused, and I take full responsibility for my actions.”
He admitted his actions fell below expectations and extended apologies to close associates and supporters.
Akeem said: “To my fans and supporters, I deeply regret letting you down.”
He added that he is using the moment for reflection and intends to rebuild trust.
He said: “I am committed to making better decisions, rebuilding trust, and upholding integrity in both my private and public life going forward.”
Earlier, Sisi Alagbo had also apologised publicly, saying the incident had taken a toll on her wellbeing.
In a statement shared on her verified Facebook account she expressed remorse over the situation.
She said: “I own my mistakes, and I apologize with all sincerity for the video circulating online.
“I am deeply sorry to everyone who felt disappointed in me.”
Fagbemi rose to prominence through her promotion of herbal concoctions and became a social media sensation after a viral video of her kneeling to greet Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
