SMEs benefit from one-day event decoration masterclass

Scores of passionate budding event decorators took advantage of a one-day free Masterclass in Lagos, aimed at equipping them with the skills to scale and remain relevant in today’s competitive business environment.

According to a statement, the Event Decoration Masterclass, organized by Mrs. Tosin Smith-Job, Founder and CEO of Lavender Events and L.E.A.D Academy, assert that the masterclass was put together to give back to those upcoming in the event decoration industry.

The convener emphasized that the industry has contributed to her entrepreneurial success, spanning about 18 years and this according to her is a corporate social responsibility, she stressed.

The statement further disclosed that the event with the theme, “Staying Relevant Beyond Trends in the Event Decoration Industry,” attracted numerous aspiring and budding event decorators seeking to enhance their expertise.

Three experienced event industry professionals who came in as resource persons shared their experiences, highlighting the importance of creativity, mentorship, structure, continuous training, and collaboration in achieving success in the event decoration industry.

The free masterclass provided participants with valuable insights and practical tips to navigate the competitive event industry landscape.

The event decoration masterclass underscores Lavender Event’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering growth within the industry. The brand used the occasion to further announce the paid Masterclass slated for this May under her LEAD academy.

The free masterclass had as facilitators experienced event industry experts such as, Bisi Sotunde CEO, BusyBee Events, Raphael Odumade, CEO Mimshach Events and Ayoola Bonde CEO Honey Gee Concept Ltd.
