Onjeh felicitates Muslims on Eid-al-Adha

The 2023 APC Benue South Senatorial Candidate, Comrade Daniel Onjeh, has congratulated Muslim faithful in Benue State, across Nigeria, and around the world on the celebration of this year’s Eid-el-Adha.

Onjeh urged Muslims to continue to uphold the virtues of sacrifice, obedience to God, love, peace, tolerance, and compassion for one another, which the Eid celebration symbolizes.

The former Chairman of the Governing Board of Projects Development Institute, PRODA, Enugu, described Eid as a period of gratitude, reflection, prayers, and support for the less privileged in society.

He called on Nigerians to continue to pray for peace, unity, progress, and economic stability in the country, especially at a time many families are facing difficult economic realities.

According to Onjeh, the season should also remind leaders at all levels of the need to remain committed to the welfare of the people and to always place public interest above personal interests.

The former National President of the National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS, prayed for God’s blessings, mercy, protection, and guidance upon the Muslim faithful and the nation as a whole.

Onjeh wished Muslims a peaceful, joyful, and fulfilling Eid Mubarak celebration.
