Ogun 2027: APC guber candidate presents running mate to Tinubu

Ahead of the 2027 general elections, the Ogun State All Progressives Congress (APC) Governorship Candidate, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI), on Wednesday formally presented his running mate, Mrs. Kudirat Abiodun Adegunwa-Balogun, to President Bola Ahmed Tinunu, in Abuja.

The Nigerian Tribune gathered that the presentation was witnessed by respected APC national leaders, Chief Bisi Akande and Aremo Olusegun Osoba, as well as the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun,

 Also present were Senator Adeola’s wife, Mrs. Temitope Adeola, and the husband of the deputy governorship candidate, Hon. Abdul Razak Balogun.

Our source who was president at the occasion said that the meeting provided an opportunity for President Tinubu to receive the Ogun APC governorship ticket and offer his blessings and valuable counsel ahead of the governorship election.

Speaking at the historic occasion, Senator Adeola described the visit as another significant milestone in the party’s collective resolve to consolidate on the developmental strides recorded in Ogun State

Senator Adeola expressed deepest appreciation to President Tinubu for his fatherly support, guidance, and unwavering commitment to the continued growth of the APC and the nation in general

He reaffirmed his commitment to working with his running mate and all stakeholders to build a more prosperous, inclusive, and economically vibrant Ogun State.
