Police arrest four suspects over criminal activities in Ibadan

Men of the Oyo State Police Command have arrested no fewer than four suspects over various criminal activities.
The suspects were arrested in Ibadan, the state capital.
The Public Relations Officer of the State Police Command, Olayinka Ayanlade, disclosed this in a statement.
The statement was made available to DAILY POST on Friday.
Ayanlade said the suspects are members of a cult group that has been terrorising residents of Ibadan.
The suspects, according to the police, are Salawu Sarafa, Yusuf Tajudeen, Farouq Ariyo and Adebayo Awosemo.
He added that the police recovered some items as exhibits from the suspects.
He said the suspects are currently in police custody.
“Acting swiftly on the actionable intelligence, the operatives mobilised to the location and successfully apprehended four suspected members of the gang, namely: Salawu Sarafa, Yusuf Tajudeen, Farouq Ariyo and Adebayo Awosemo.”
