Donald Trump LIVE: Primetime speech pulled from major channels hours before address
Two major US broadcasters have confirmed that they will not air President Donald Trump’s primetime speech in full.
The US leader will address America at 2am UK time on Friday, July 17.
Both ABC News and NBC News have said they will not air Trump speech live on their broadcasts.
Trump has shared little about his upcoming speech. He has, however, said that his address will contain “Really big news” about election security.
The American president told reporters on Tuesday: “It doesn’t get bigger, because without free and fair elections, you don’t have a country.”
It is expected that Trump will speak on his 2020 election defeat to Joe Biden, which he continues to claim was a result of voter fraud.
