Police allege rapper Desiigner ass@ulted girlfriend as she held their child

American rapper Desiigner has been arrested on multiple charges following allegations that he assaulted the mother of his child during a domestic dispute and caused extensive damage to property.

According to a police report, the incident began after an argument between the rapper and the woman at their shared residence. She told investigators the confrontation started after Desiigner removed televisions mounted on the walls inside the home. The woman alleged that the rapper became physically aggressive and used a hammer to destroy her two mobile phones, preventing her from calling emergency services.

She told police she fled the house carrying their child and shouted for help. After initially attempting to seek refuge at a neighbour’s home where no one was present, she ran to another nearby residence. According to her account, Desiigner pursued her into the yard, threw her to the ground while she was holding the child, snatched her designer handbag and threw it away before she managed to escape into the neighbour’s house.

Investigators said the alleged damage to the woman’s mobile phones and Dior handbag was estimated at about $2,700. The woman further alleged that she locked herself inside the neighbour’s bathroom while the rapper remained outside, where he allegedly used a hammer and screwdriver to vandalise vehicles parked at the property.

Police said Desiigner later went onto the neighbour’s porch, picked up a chair and hurled it through the front window, forcing his way into the house. Officers alleged that several windows were damaged during the incident, resulting in an estimated $6,000 in property damage. Authorities said two witnesses contacted emergency services during the disturbance.

Before officers arrived, Desiigner allegedly approached another neighbour and began striking the person’s vehicle window while asking to use a phone. Police arrested the rapper at the scene before taking him to Conway Medical Center for treatment. He was later transferred to the Horry County Detention Center for booking.

Desiigner has been charged with one count of second-degree domestic violence and three counts of malicious injury to animals or personal property involving damage valued between $2,000 and $10,000. The allegations contained in the police report have not been tested in court, and Desiigner has not publicly responded to the accusations.
