Senator Rufai Hanga Resigns from NDC
Senator Rufai Hanga, the Senate Deputy Minority Whip representing Kano Central, has resigned from the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC), citing personal commitments and career interests.
In a brief resignation notice, Senator Hanga stated that his decision was reached after careful consideration and expressed appreciation to the party leadership and members for the opportunity to serve. He wished the NDC success in its future political activities.
His resignation comes amid ongoing political realignments across the country, although he has not announced his next political move.
