Women mud wrestle before showing love at Lollapalooza

Two women brought an unusual dose of romance to Lollapalooza after turning a muddy festival pit into a wrestling arena before ending their showdown with a kiss.

Video recorded at Chicago’s Grant Park showed the festivalgoers grappling, throwing each other into the mud and rolling through the sludge as a large crowd gathered to watch and film the spectacle.

The playful but intense face-off saw both women land takedowns before one eventually pinned the other down and leaned in for a kiss.

Covered from head to toe in mud, the pair locked lips as the cheering crowd celebrated an ending that was far from a typical wrestling finale. The moment came after heavy rain transformed Lollapalooza’s grounds into a muddy mess over the weekend, with festival attendees jokingly turning the soaked areas into their own “mud fight club.”
