A Nigerian construction technology firm has highlighted a building system that it says can deliver bungalows in as little as three weeks, as it seeks to address delays and inefficiencies in the country’s housing sector.

Sourcebridge Limited, an innovator in modern construction technology in Nigeria, has launched a four-weekend live technical demonstration of its EasyForm System at its active project site in Dakibiyu, Wuye, Abuja.

A statement by the company on Wednesday stated that the demonstration series will be held on May 2, 9, and 16, 2026, and is expected to attract construction industry professionals, real estate developers, landowners, estate surveyors, realtors, investors, and government stakeholders.

The firm said the initiative is designed to give participants first-hand exposure to a building system aimed at improving speed, cost efficiency, and overall project delivery in Nigeria’s construction sector.

It added that attendees will experience real-time installation of the system, which is designed to reduce construction timelines, labour dependency, and overall project costs while maintaining structural quality standards.

The statement said, “Positioned as a landmark construction technology event in Abuja, the EasyForm live demonstration provides stakeholders with first-hand exposure to a fast, cost-effective, and efficient building system designed to transform project delivery in Nigeria’s construction sector.

“Attendees will experience the real-time installation process, showcasing how the EasyForm Technology System significantly reduces construction timelines, labour dependency, and overall project costs while maintaining high-quality structural standards.”

Speaking on the innovation, a marketing business developer at Sourcebridge Limited, Sadiq Almakura, said the system offers improved durability and efficiency in construction delivery.

“EasyForm stands out primarily because of its quality and durability. With the panel system, construction is essentially done with concrete. Once the panels are filled, the entire structure becomes solid concrete, making it stronger and more durable than the conventional hollow block method.

“This solution is the result of deep thinking around Nigeria’s housing challenges. Over time, there has been a consistent pattern of delayed and abandoned projects, largely due to time and cost constraints. EasyForm addresses this through speed and efficiency.

“A bungalow can be delivered in about three weeks, while a duplex can be completed in roughly six weeks. This provides developers and homeowners with clear, reliable timelines and helps reduce the incidence of uncompleted projects,” he said.

Also speaking, Femi Fataru said the technology was developed in response to Nigeria’s housing deficit and widespread project delays. “EasyForm Construction Technology was developed as a response to Nigeria’s persistent housing deficit, driven by careful observation of widespread project delays and abandonment across the country.

“A major strength of the system is its speed and efficiency. With EasyForm, a bungalow can be completed within three weeks, while a duplex can be delivered in about six weeks. Once a project begins, timelines are clear, predictable, and achievable, giving clients confidence in delivery,” he said.
