After openly acknowledging that she occasionally wishes she were a male because of the constraints placed on women, reality TV actress Phyna has generated discussion on social media.
In a recent comment, the BBNaija champion expressed her opinion that men seem to have simpler expectations in life, particularly with regard to desire and accomplishment.
She claims that women frequently encounter layers of social criticism and limitations, whereas males are primarily expected to work hard and earn money. She remarked, “I kind of wish I was a man.”
“I think life is much easier for guys, but girls have been stigmatized and are subject to a lot of rules and regulations.”
Phyna continued by highlighting the ways in which these expectations can restrict women, noting that it frequently seems as though women are deterred from pursuing their dreams or deviating from conventional roles.
