Actor Will Smith’s ex-wife sues after being accused of sleeping around Hollywood

Sheree Zampino, the ex-wife of Will Smith, has filed a lawsuit against Bilaal Salaam, accusing him of making defamatory statements about her personal life during a recent interview.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Zampino claims Salaam made “outrageously offensive, shocking, and hurtful statements” about her while appearing on Tasha K’s “Unwine with Tasha K” series.

The lawsuit points to a promotional clip shared online on May 4 which allegedly included the caption: “Exclusive: Bilaal claims Will Smith’s ex-wife Sheree Zampino was sleeping with everyone in Hollywood.” Zampino claims Salaam repeated the allegations during the interview, allegedly calling her a “whore” multiple times and accusing her of “screwing everybody in Hollywood.”

Salaam, a former associate of Will Smith, has made several controversial claims about the actor and people close to him in the past. He is also reportedly involved in a separate legal dispute with Jada Pinkett Smith over alleged threats. In the lawsuit, Zampino says the allegations are completely false and amount to slander under California law because they accuse her of promiscuous behaviour.

She claims the remarks caused her humiliation, embarrassment, emotional distress and mental anguish. Zampino is suing Salaam for slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress, seeking more than $1 million in damages, along with punitive damages and legal costs.
