Premier League side Fulham have decided not to sign Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze on a permanent basis, meaning the 27-year-old will return to AC Milan when his loan spell concludes.
Chukwueze joined Fulham on a season-long loan from the Italian giants last summer, going on to contribute three goals and four assists for the Cottagers throughout the campaign.
However, the club has chosen not to exercise their option to make the move permanent.
According to Italian outlet Tuttomercato, Chukwueze will head back to Milan this summer following Fulham’s decision.
The Nigerian international had endured a challenging two-year period at the San Siro before securing the loan switch to the English top flight.
