Full list of Samsung phones that will get the Android 17 update

Samsung has confirmed that several Galaxy phones and tablets will receive the Android 17 update, which will arrive as One UI 9 in the coming months.

Google is expected to roll out Android 17 this summer, with Samsung likely starting the update first on its latest flagship devices, including the Galaxy S26 series. Other eligible devices will receive the update gradually.

Samsung currently offers between three and seven years of Android support, depending on the device model. Premium phones such as the Galaxy S26 lineup are expected to enjoy longer software support, while older models may get fewer advanced AI-powered features due to hardware limitations.

Eligible flagship devices include the Galaxy S26, S25, S24, and S23 series, as well as foldable phones like the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Fold 6, Fold 7, Flip 5, Flip 6, and Flip 7 models.

Several mid-range and budget phones will also receive Android 17. These include selected Galaxy A, Galaxy M, Galaxy F, and Galaxy XCover models released from 2023 onward.

Some of the eligible Galaxy A phones include the A57 5G, A56 5G, A55 5G, A54 5G, A36 5G, A35 5G, A25 5G, A24, A17 series, A16 series, and A15 series.

Samsung is also expected to update a number of Galaxy tablets, including Galaxy Tab S and Galaxy Tab A models launched in recent years.

The company has not yet released an official rollout timetable for One UI 9.
