2 alleged Epstein victims sue former Victoria

Two women who allege they were victims of Jeffrey Epstein believe he had assistance in operating his s3x trafficking network and are now pointing to former Victoria’s Secret CEO Les Wexner as an enabler, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The two Jane Does have filed a lawsuit against Wexner, accusing him of facilitating Epstein’s crimes by providing him with financial resources, access to his mansion, and an air of credibility.

The complaint, filed on Thursday, states that both women were 17 years old, and therefore minors, when they were s3xually assaulted at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion on East 71st Street. They claim Wexner purchased the property in 1989 before transferring it to Epstein for a fraction of its value.

According to the lawsuit, the young women were hired to give massages to Epstein at the mansion. Jane Doe 1 alleges that during one session, Epstein inserted his hand into her underwear and “digitally penetrated her without her consent.” She was so distressed that she ran to the bathroom in tears, the documents state. The suit also claims that during subsequent visits, Epstein “fondled her breasts” and “groped her genitals” without her consent.

Jane Doe 2 claims she was forced to massage Epstein’s penis alongside other girls while he allegedly “touched their breasts and genitals” without their consent.

The lawsuit argues that Epstein could not have carried out the assaults without Wexner’s backing, alleging that Wexner gave Epstein at least $200 million between 1987 and 2007. The documents also state that Wexner provided Epstein with the private plane he used to transport his victims.

The Jane Does further claim Wexner granted Epstein “power and prestige” by appointing him as a trustee and director of The Wexner Foundation. They argue that Epstein’s trafficking operation would not have been possible without the former Victoria’s Secret owner.

The women are suing Epstein’s estate for gender-motivated violence and Wexner for enabling that violence, seeking unspecified damages.
