Rapper Soulja Boy’s alleged email telling baby mama’s lawyer ‘F*** You’ shared in court

Soulja Boy allegedly sent an email to his baby mama’s lawyer telling him “f*** you,” according to new court documents obtained by TMZ. The documents include an alleged email the rapper sent to the legal team of Jackilyn Martinez, and the message is filled with profanity.

According to the alleged email thread, Martinez’s team reached out to Soulja after he called her to discuss the paternity lawsuit she filed against him. Her lawyer wrote to Soulja: “Based on your conversation with Jackilyn, it sounds like you both want to resolve the [lawsuit] amicably, expeditiously, and privately.” The attorney also told Soulja to have his lawyer contact her.

According to the court documents, the rapper replied, “F*** you,” and then added: “Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f*** u think u talking to.” Martinez filed her lawsuit in October 2025, seeking legal and physical custody of their three-year-old son, KeAndre Way. She indicated she was open to Soulja receiving visitation rights.

In her filing, Martinez said she attempted to serve Soulja at one of his concerts but was unsuccessful. She claimed she provides the majority of financial support for their son, stating that Soulja sometimes “sends me money for our son, after I have begged him to do so,” and said she needs formal child support orders.

Martinez described Soulja as having become “extremely volatile” and said he is “intentionally preventing this matter from moving forward.” Soulja has not yet responded to the case.
