Woman shares flimsy reason that made her breakup with her boyfriend who was ‘perfect’

A woman has given the  reason she broke up with her boyfriend who did nothing bad to her.

The Facebook user admitted that her ‘fragile female ego’ was ‘threatened’ because the man cooks very well. She said this made her break up with him even though he had no faults. 

She admitted that her reason was flimsy. 

She wrote: ‘Till his d£ath years after our break up, he still called me his Treasure. My number  was stored on his phone as My Treasure. It used to make me wonder. 

‘One time, he came to Makurdi and came over to the house. Very fine man that was very tall, slim but well bui lt. Him com dey very intelligent join. Not those kind of men that you have to pray that they don’t open their mouth to talk in public cos you know say na rubbish dem go vomit. Even my dad was impressed. I could see it in his eyes as they talked. 

‘I saw him off and we went to a park near the house to sip and catch up. There’s this app he had on his phone that l used to use to create beats. So l collected it to see if my beats were still there. They were. You know another thing that was still there? My pet name. I saw it on his dialled calls. 

‘”Guy, your babe never ask you who dis your treasure be?” 

‘”No, she has not. Even if she does, you are still my treasure na. Nothing has changed. Na you carry your stubborn head leave me. No be me leave you.” 

‘To think that the reason why l left was because dude could cook so well that my fragile female ego was threatened. How dare a dude cook better than me? 

‘Breaking up with someone over cooking skills is by far one of the flimsiest reasons l have had for breaking up. That time, it made a lot of sense sha.’
