Annie Idibia Breaks Silence on Reunion Rumours With 2Baba

Nollywood actress, Annie Idibia, has dismissed reports suggesting she has reconciled with her estranged husband, music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba.

The actress addressed the rumours on Monday via a post online, describing the reports as false and explaining that the videos making the rounds online were old.

She wrote that old videos were circulating everywhere alongside false news.

Speculation about a possible reunion had begun after an old video of the former couple sharing a moment at a nightclub resurfaced on social media on Friday.

The clip quickly went viral, with many social media users speculating that Annie and 2Baba had rekindled their relationship.

However, Annie’s post has since put the speculation to rest, clarifying that the video being circulated was not recent.

It will be recalled that Annie and 2Baba, who share two daughters, separated in January 2025 after more than a decade of marriage.

The singer has since remarried, and is now married to Edo State lawmaker, Natasha Osawaru.
