NNL: El-Kanemi Warriors boss targets quick NPFL return

Newly appointed El-Kanemi Warriors technical adviser, Emmanuel King, has assured the club’ supporters of an immediate return to the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.
The Borno Army were relegated to the Nigeria National League, NNL, last season.
King was unveiled by the Maiduguri club on Friday.
Emmanuel promised to work tirelessly to achieve the team’s target for the 2026-27 season.
“I want to assure the supporters of El-Kanemi Warriors across the world that we will work tirelessly to return the club to the Nigeria Premier Football League next season,” King was quoted by Caretakernewnow.
King also expressed optimism on their their chances in the CAF confederation cup.
“We will also give our very best in the CAF Confederation Cup despite the challenges of the competition,” Emmanuel added.
“With the support and prayers of our fans, I am confident we will achieve our goals.”
