The Chief of Agric Nzema, Nana Nkansah Buadu Ayeboafo, has threatened to reveal what he described as a “skeleton in the cupboard” of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) General Secretary, Justin Kodua, if he is challenged.
Nana Nkansah, who is also the Chairman of the Council of Elders for the Afigya Sekyere East Constituency and a member of the Ashanti Regional Council of Elders, made the comments during an interview on Okay FM monitored by ibynews.com.
The chief claimed that an issue discussed by the party’s Steering Committee should have been forwarded to the National Executive Committee (NEC) instead of being handled differently. He described the situation as a result of “hatred and greed” and alleged that it was planned.
“If they dare me this morning, they will see what I will do to them,” he said, warning that he could make revelations about the NPP General Secretary.
Nana Nkansah praised former NPP General Secretaries John Boadu and Dan Botwe, saying they worked hard for the party, but criticized Justin Kodua’s leadership style.
He alleged that Kodua is more focused on personal interests than serving the party, adding that he would reveal more if provoked.
The comments come amid internal discussions and tensions within the NPP, though Justin Kodua has not publicly responded to the allegations.
