Rapper Soulja Boy tells Judge he’s not sure 3-year-old is his child

Rapper Soulja Boy is requesting a DNA test after his ex-girlfriend, Jackilyn Martinez, filed a lawsuit seeking child support.

According to court documents, Soulja Boy said he is not certain he is the father of three-year-old KeAndre Cortez Way. The filing also states that the rapper is willing to share the costs of the pregnancy and the legal proceedings if DNA testing confirms he is the child’s father. Jackilyn filed the lawsuit in late 2025, seeking custody of KeAndre while proposing that Soulja Boy be granted visitation rights.

In her court filing, she claimed the rapper only occasionally sent her money after she repeatedly asked for financial assistance. She is also asking the court to award child support.

As part of her filing, Jackilyn included an email she claims Soulja Boy sent to her legal team. He said: “Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f*** u think u talking to.” The case remains ongoing.
