Saudi club bids â¬120m for Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen

‘
Turkish club, Galatasaray have reportedly received a €120m offer from a Saudi Arabian club for Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen.
.....
Turkish transfer insider Serhan Türk reported that Galatasaray have two distinct €120m proposals on the table, one from a European club and another from Saudi Arabia, though the identity of the Saudi club has not been disclosed.
This comes after Atlético Madrid were previously linked with a bid of the same amount, while a separate unnamed European club was said to have made a verbal offer of €125m.
Club president Dursun Özbek is reported to value Osimhen at €150m and has no intention of selling the striker.
Instead, the Turkish champions are preparing a new long-term contract that would keep him at the club until 2029, along with a significantly improved salary package. The club also wants to hand Osimhen the captain’s armband following the expected departure of Mauro Icardi.
Osimhen scored 22 goals and provided eight assists in 33 matches across all competitions, helping the Turkish giants successfully defend their Süper Lig title.
