Transfer: UAE club Al Wasl sign Nigerian midfielder

Nigerian midfielder, Popoola Ridwan has joined United Arab Emirates Pro League champions Al Wasl, DAILY POST reports.
Ridwan, who linked up with Al Wasl from Hungarian club Kisvárda signed a one-year contract.
Financial details of the contract were not disclosed by both clubs.
The 19-year-old moved to Kisvárda from Nigerian Academy side Seamoriow FC in February 2025.
Ridwan quickly established himself as one of the club’s promising young talents.
The young midfield will look to continue his development at Al Wasl.
