Prophet Ebenezer Adarkwa Yiadom, popularly known as Prophet 1 or Opambour, has placed a curse on Ghanaian actor and comedian Kwadwo Nkansah, widely known as Lil Win, accusing him of directing unprintable words at him.
The curse marks the latest development in an escalating public dispute involving Prophet 1, which began after Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah, founder of the Philadelphia movement, publicly prayed for Sports Minister Kofi Adams ahead of Ghana’s 2026 World Cup campaign.
That gesture drew criticism from Prophet 1, sparking a wider confrontation that has since pulled in other Ghanaian celebrities, including Lil Win.
According to Prophet 1, Lil Win’s alleged remarks against him crossed a line that warranted the spiritual curse, though he did not disclose the exact nature of the words in question, describing them only as unprintable.
Lil Win has not publicly responded to the curse as of the time of filing this report. The dispute follows a separate incident in which Prophet 1 also lashed out at members of the Philadelphia congregation, threatening a curse after he said he was mocked over an on-air moment linked to his epilepsy.
