200-level Kogi varsity law student k!lled in road accident


A 200-level law student of the Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU) Kogi State, Musa Amira Ojochegbe, has lost her life in a road accident.
The tragic accident occurred on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
The Law Students’ Association (PAAU chapter) confirmed Ojochegbe’s d3ath in a condolence statement issued on Tuesday.
“The Law Students’ Association of Nigeria, Prince Abubakar Audu University Chapter, sadly announces the passing of Musa Amira Ojochegbe with Matric Number 26LA1026, a 200-Level Law student of the Faculty of Law, whose promising life was tragically cut short today in a road accident,” the statement read.
“This is a deeply painful moment for the Association, and even more so for her immediate family, loved ones, classmates, and friends. The loss of a young, bright, and promising student is one that words can hardly express.
“At this difficult time, we extend our deepest and heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, classmates, and the entire 26LA.
“We stand with you in grief and pray that God grants everyone who mourns her the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. May her soul rest in perfect peace.”
